Major Air was founded in 1963 and and has been run by the Levine family since the 1990’s.

When it comes to New York City air conditioning and heating, Major Air Service Corp. is the most respected name in the industry and has been for over 60 years. Major Air is not a full-service heating and air conditioning company, instead we specialize in air-cooled Package Terminal Air Conditioning (PTAC’s) and Water Source Heat Pumps (WSHPs).

Our clientele includes some of the largest builders, developers, and managers of luxury high-rises in Manhattan (co-ops, condos, and rentals), hotels, hospitals, and nursing homes.
